Excellent Location and Clean Rooms!!!

The room was clean and more spacious than I expected. I was grateful to have requests sent prior to check in were honoured and the rooms were fully functional. I found the ease of checking in amazing. The location was great. It was an easy walk to the shopping area.

I think a kettle would be nicer in the rooms. After all, guests have paid to stay there in the first place, and water should be free in my opinion. It would be more convenient to make hot drinks in their rooms.

The reception staff were helpful when I couldn't use the heating controls. They immediately came up and helped me. The service was quick and easy. I appreciate their prompt attention.

The staff were helpful I appreciated that. The room was clean upon my arrival it was good. I also found the location convenient to the city center it helped me a lot.

The room lacked a kettle for making tea I missed that. There was also no proper ventilation because the window did not open I didn't like that. The bed was not very comfortable I found it small.

The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. The location was convenient with easy access to the city center. The room was clean, which I greatly appreciated after a long day.

The room was quite small. Space was definitely limited. There was no kettle in the room. I had to go downstairs for a hot drink. That felt a little inconvenient.
